Do you accept CCDF?
Yes, we do! We are a licensed home childcare facility. CCDF (Childcare Development Fund) is a federal program that assists low-income families with a priority of serving Impact (welfare to work program) and those individuals who are transitioning from public assistance to obtain child care so that they can work or attend training/education. Do you provide transportation?
Yes, transportation is provided for students that are registered for Before and After care and need to be transported to and from school.
What ages do you accept?
3 months - 12 years
What are your hours of operartion?
Sunday-Saturday 24/7 hour care. Select which day/night/weekend shift you need.
Are the meals included?
Yes, meals are included in the cost of tuition. Rita Ann's Early Learning participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program(CACFP). We serve three delicious and nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and three snacks each day.
What does a typical day look like?
8:00-8:30 Arrival
Talk with parents
Children put away belongings
Attendance/Temperature Check
Table activities
8:30-9:00 Breakfast
Prepare and serve breakfast
Eat and clean up
9:00-9:15 Potty Time
Potty training, changing diapers, potty, washing hands
9:15-10:15 Free Play
Children choose activities that include: dramatic play, manipulative and blocks
10:15-10:30 Snack
Prepare and serve snacks
Eat and clean up
10:30-11:00 Circle Time
Discuss plans for the day, daily academics including letters, numbers, colors, names, DOB, etc.
Discuss weather, sharing and time
Songs, finger play and stories
11:00-11:15 Small Group Time
Special activities: art, music, cooking, playdough, books on tape
One on one time
11:15-11:45 Outdoor Time
Outdoor activities: play in yard, large motor skills
11:45-12:00 Potty Time

12:00-12:30 Lunch
Wash up, serve and eat lunch

Nap time. If some children do not sleep, quite independent activities are available.
